In recent times, critical opinions are divided about implementing computer studies at school levels. Computer education instills independent work ethics in students besides enabling them to be a part of a global digital workforce.
The rapid extension of computer networks has facilated a widespread exploration of knowledge across the world, thereby creating a bigger arena of opportunities. The more connected people, the tougher the competition. To compete for grabbing the best opportunities, one must be prepared to face the high-tech platform. To handle such situation, the introduction of computer education at school levels will help considerably. Computer education must be given at school levels, otherwise students will shy away from digital machines in their subsequent life. Computers must be taught as early as possible, otherwise students are left behind. With the learning of computers at the school levels, students become self-confident and self-esteemed. Computers open up the gateway to the reserve of knowledge. Students can gain the desired knowledge so as to be able to accomplish their task independently.
Students not only increase self-dependent behavior but also computers have commented teacher and students globally, thereby creating a broad educational community. For example, today many people around the world share their problems and solutions through blogs. Internet communication has given a totally new direction to learning.
Computers have redefined education by breaking all limitations on new explorations. Despite the enormous benefit of computers to students some guardians disapprove their use by their wards. They think that children only waste time in playing computers and in unnecessarily browsing the web should not looked at this limited context because the benefit of their use in education is vast. Under guided environment, students can learn many things through computers, thereby maintaining balance between the family and the society.
Conclusively, thus for the development of personality of students and for enabling them to develop independently in confronting the world, computer education must be implemented at school levels.
